What is cooking in that Microwave at Pension Solutions?.?!!!..??
Lori Mc found a recipe that involves a coffee cup, 4 tablespoons of flour and sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of milk, oil and chocolate chips and a splash of vanilla extract. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk, oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix again. Pour the mix into your mug and cook in microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!!! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate. We ate ours with vanilla ice cream...YUM...YUM...
